Consarc Engineering is delighted to announce that we have completed our re-location to our brand new 20,000sq.ft purpose built facility at Eurocentral.
Our move was achieved seamlessly, allowing us to provide un-interrupted manufacturing and supply, ensuring we continued to meet our customers expectations.
The Eurocentral location allows us access to the best transport infrastructure in Central Scotland allowing us to serve our Global customer base more efficiently.

Another new Vacuum Heat Treatment Furnace installed by Consarc
Consarc are delighted to announce the installation of a new Vacuum heat treatment furnace at a leading European based Turbine Blade repair specialist.
The FH 100-100-100 Furnace features the latest Consarc hot zone design, with rigid Carbon bonded Carbon fibre insulation and graphite heater. A sacrificial hot face layer is mechanically fixed to the insulation boards to extend the hot zone life by providing a barrier to metal deposition and spalling.
Installed in Q1 2008, our proven technology and excellent record on reliability was a key factor in our customers decision to buy Consarc equipment. A closed loop water system is also supplied by Consarc to ensure maximum service life of the furnace.
Additional features included in Consarc furnaces are;
- High Vacuum Operation 10-5/10-6mbar
- High Velocity Inert Gas Quench
- Active Partial pressure control
- Guaranteed load soak temperature control
- Allen Bradley PLC based control system.
